Austin, TX – Texas Values Action has announced its endorsement today for the Texas Senate District 28 special election in west Texas, with an endorsement for Charles Perry. Early voting starts today and continues through September 5th, with the general election day on Tuesday, September 9th. On the endorsement of Charles, Texas Values Action President Jonathan Saenz said:
